Refund & Cancellation Policy

Monthly / Recurring Services. Recurring services (such as campaign management and automation retainers) are billed in advance. You may cancel with 30 days' written notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial-month refunds are provided for time remaining in a billing period.

Setup and Project Fees. One-time setup, build and project fees (such as landing pages, funnels and CRM configuration) cover work that begins immediately and are non-refundable once work has started.

Advertising Spend. Ad spend paid to advertising platforms is non-refundable by Marque Group. Any refunds of unused ad budget are subject to the advertising platform's own policies.

Exceptions. If we are unable to deliver a service as described in your Agreement, contact us and we will work with you in good faith on a remedy, which may include a partial refund at our discretion.

Disputes. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve any billing concern quickly.
